You can check the status of an on/off-ramp transaction through Bastion’s dashboard or API and webhook events.
Transaction status updates may reflect events such as:
- Transaction created
- Payment instructions generated
- Fiat funds received
- Stablecoin received
- Compliance review in progress
- Conversion processing
- Payout processing
- Completed
- Failed
- Returned or rejected
If a transaction appears stuck or the status does not update as expected, contact Bastion Support with the relevant transaction ID, identity ID, and timestamp.
